MEET
OUR TEAM
Meet the people behind MICHE Studio - a collaborative team of hospitality designers dedicated to creating spaces that inspire guests, support operations, and build lasting client relationships.
What We Bring to Your Project
A team that solves problems
Hotel projects bring surprises. We ask questions early, work through the options with your team, and help you make decisions that keep the project moving.

Small team, close collaboration
We’re a small, experienced studio. You work closely with the designers doing the work, and we can adapt when your project needs change.

Strong design documents that carry the design through
A strong concept needs clear drawings behind it. We give the documentation the same care as the design so the team has what it needs during construction.

Design for guests and owners
We consider how a space feels to guests, how it functions for hotel staff, and what makes sense for the property. Those needs shape the design from the start.

MICHE STUDIO
AND NEWH
NEWH has been part of Michelle’s professional life since 2016. She has served in several DC Metro Chapter leadership roles, including Chapter President on the Executive Board. The MICHE team continues to serve on committees and volunteer at events.

We give our time because we believe in what NEWH makes possible: scholarships, education, mentorship, and connections that help people grow in hospitality. Supporting the next generation of designers and making room for more people in the industry matter to us.

Connect with MICHE at the next event.
